When Life Happens
Over the last couple of years my life has been a constant rollercoaster - from one challenge to the next. Was it fun? Some of it. However, what I know is that they have made me stronger and taught me lessons I could not have learnt in a classroom. With my desire to become a story of success for myself and family. I am inspired to achieve goals I set. Education was at the top of 'things to do list' and balancing the demands of family life, businesses and school came with their own challenges. Having to deal with a teenage son was I think my greatest challenge. When your child looks at you and say 'mommy you were no better than me, when you were my age'. It just hits you, at least that struck me and I had to step back and analyze and go into retrospect. Rebellion is a sword of contempt for parents which breeds anger and resentment to whomever dishes it. Disrespect on the other hand destroys a good spirit.
