Let it be Its dry, but I'm wet; it’s hot but, I'm cold Why? Am I doing something wrong...? My emotions have been frozen, my senses timed out it seems To this creature I cannot respond - I have always wanted to know why there are so many rules Just to simply be - but then again do I really care about the rules I'll just do it anyway, if that works for me If I can feel it, then it’s real. The reality is, if it’s hot and I am still cold, if it’s wet and I'm still dry- Then for me it’s not real - because I'm alive. Sinking we are, syncing we're not. I live to love and love to live the way I feel is good for me Don't tell me it's not alright, for me to feel this way No pain for me - so there shouldn't be any for you. Let it go...I have.
